Rick Hernandez

Rick joined the CtRCS staff in the 2021-22 school year and began his journey in the field of education. With a background in engineering and leadership, Rick's career in development and leadership positions has spanned decades. In recent years, Rick has applied his skills in entrepreneurial positions for several companies as a business developer and strategy consultant.

His career history includes various roles at engineering firm KBR where he achieved the role of Commercial Vice President in Western Hemisphere Sales as well as Vice President in Business Development. He has also served as a manager at ConocoPhillips and Chief Operating Officer for Sound Energy Solutions, a joint venture partnership between Mitsubishi Corporation and ConocoPhillips. Since early 2020, Rick has been primarily focused on the real estate industry and has worked with Realty Executives as a consultant. 

Rick holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
