"I love having the opportunity to truly teach the whole child and seeing students grow both in faith and academically."

Leticia joined the CtRCS faculty in 2022 in her 11th year as an educator. A Christ the Redeemer parishioner since 2019, she said the opportunity to teach at a Catholic school spoke to her heart for making an impact in the lives of children.

"I was blessed to have great teachers in my life who made a meaningful impact in my life, and I wanted the opportunity to do the same," Leticia said about her decision to pursue a career in education.

A Houston native, she earned a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Houston, and a master's in curriculum and instruction from the University of St. Thomas.

Leticia said she loves to spend her time reading books with her family and friends and traveling to new places.
