“I’m always at the church either worshiping with family, toting kids to R.E. class, or attending one of several different ministries. When the opportunity presented itself, it only seemed natural to get a job doing what I love at a place I already call home.”
Although teaching was not Bob Landram’s first career, it is something that was always a strong part of his life growing up, as his mother was a Catholic school teacher and principal. His parents, Charles and Sally Landram, had eight children, so it was always a full house. He looks forward to helping children develop the most important part of their being – their soul.
Bob grew up in Houston and attended St. Cecelia Catholic School and then Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in marketing in 1992. He then spent 12 years working and starting a family in Central Texas. His education experience includes substitute teaching in Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District since 2013. Most recently, he was the 4th and 5th grade ELAR teacher at Fiest Elementary School. Fun fact: Bob was voted Father of the Year in 2015.
Bob is active at CtR and has been an R.E. teacher since 2011. He currently lives in Cypress with his wife Vanessa. They have been married almost 20 years and have four children. Hannah is a junior at Cy-Woods; Kate is a freshman at Cy-Woods; Will is in 7th grade at Spillane Middle School; and Jake is in 3rd grade at Sampson Elementary. Bob spends the majority of his time with his family. They enjoy going to Colorado during the summer, camping, hiking and visiting family.
