We celebrate our nation by inviting active military, veterans and first responders to our school for Catholic Schools Week. They spent time telling stories and talking about their time in the service. Then the whole school celebrated as they walked in a parade around the school.
On Wednesday, Jan. 30, we celebrated vocations for Catholic Schools Week! Our very own CtR deacons and several others from the Houston area visited the school to talk to our students about vocations and how they serve the Church and others through their vocation.
We celebrated Career Day on Jan. 28. CtRCS parents led the way as they shared their careers with our students. They talked about their specific job, how they incorporate S.T.R.E.A.M. (science, technology, religion, engineering, arts and math) and how they live out their faith in the work place.
