Congratulations to fourth-grade teacher
Jennifer Soliman who received certification through the National Institute for STEM Education. Mrs. Soliman is the sixth teacher to earn this achievement among the group of educators at Christ the Redeemer Catholic School working toward the certification.
CtRCS continues to work on its certification as teachers and campus administration actively engage in professional development and training to add a nationally recognized certificate to their teaching credentials.
Soliman said this certification and focus on STEM in the classroom is important for "21st-century learning," and she is thankful for the opportunity to participate.
"It’s all for the love of providing an enriched learning experience for all of our children," she said.
While she is already using a number of new techniques in her classroom, Soliman said, she looks forward to encouraging more collaboration among her students.
